Which cup does my recipe mean?
American recipes and most YouTube channels from the US use the 240 ml cup. UK, Australian, Canadian and Pakistani measuring sets are usually 250 ml. An old tea cup is around 200 ml. When in doubt, measure your cup with water: 240 g of water means a US cup.
