Our promise: clear, honest, everyday Pakistani home cooking. Recipes you can trust, no health claims, no fake halal promises, and money never decides what we recommend.

How we write recipes

How we use AI

Health and nutrition

We do not make medical or health claims. Totkay are kitchen tips, never remedies. "Lighter" recipes are recipe changes, not diet advice. Any nutrition figures are estimates for general information. See our Disclaimer.

Halal

We never certify products, brands, shops or restaurants as halal. When we write about halal shopping, we explain how labels and certification work and point you to recognised certifiers, with the date we last checked.

Facts and sources

When we state facts that can change, such as food rules, prices, product details or dates of Ramadan and Eid, we link to an official or reliable source where possible and show when we last checked. Islamic dates depend on moon sighting and are approximate.
